What: Walk. Sip. Support. – A Community Walk & Brewery Crawl for Survivors

My Sister's Place

Join My Sister’s Place, one of DC’s oldest domestic violence nonprofits, on Saturday, October 18, for Walk. Sip. Support., a community walk and brewery crawl along the Metropolitan Branch Trail. Starting at Wunder Garten, participants will stop at local favorites including City-State Public House, Metrobar, and Lost Generation for purple-themed drinks and activities. Families are welcome to join the powerful Clothesline Project art installation and kid-friendly activities at Alethia Tanner Park. Proceeds support survivors of domestic violence and their children through My Sister’s Place programs. Together, we raise awareness and send a powerful message: no one walks alone.
