Potomac Islands Project with Potomac Conservancy (Algonkian Regional Park, 47001 Fairway Drive, Sterling, VA)

Join Potomac Conservancy, the Potomac Appalachian Trail Club, and the National Park Service on this work trip to two islands in the Potomac River: build and improve trails, install fire rings, and clean up the island campsites on Saturday at 9:30 AM. (You also can camp out if you want)

Tree Maintenance with Anacostia Watershed Society (Northeast Branch, 4601 Annapolis Rd, Bladensburg, MD)

Water, weed, and mulch these tiny trees that, with your help, will grow to do great things for the River on Saturday at 10:00 AM. You can RSVP right here.
