General Information

  • Volunteer Opportunities / Responsibilities: Individuals can volunteer as instructors who teach or assist an adult English language and literacy class, or tutor an individual or small group of adult learners. Volunteers may also administer placement tests, help with student outreach and recruitment efforts, provide office support, or volunteer for special events.
  • Types of Volunteers Needed: individual/adult; adult groups of less than 5
  • Hours Needed: business hours during the week; evenings during the week; daytime on the weekend
