Negotiation Works

General Information

• Volunteer Opportunities / Responsibilities: We recruit volunteers to teach our classes, with a particular interest in individuals who have experience working with marginalized communities, teaching in any capacity, or working within the negotiation field. We provide comprehensive written and in-person training for the instructors, along with ongoing mentoring, support, and feedback. We train a new cohort of volunteer instructors approximately once every two years.
  
  We also have a team of volunteer data analysts who assist with evaluating the data we collect through our classes. We recruit new data analysts on an as-needed basis.
  
  We ask our volunteers to commit to working with our organization for at least one year, though many stay for much longer.
