Brain Injury Services is there for every step of the journey. Assisting over 500 individuals and families throughout Northern Virginia, and the Rappahannock, and Winchester areas each year, BIS empowers brain injury survivors with the resources, skills, and support to lead fulfilling lives. Nine core programs (and over 20 specialized initiatives) meet survivors’ unique and varied needs: one-on-one case management, individual and family counseling, day programs, clinical interventions, assistive technology, employment and volunteer placement services, and more. All programs use cutting-edge technology and therapeutic methods that help survivors discover solutions and meet personal goals.
