This Tony Award-winning musical by Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber (creators of Jesus Christ Superstar) explores the rise and fall of Eva Peron, the controversial second wife of Argentine president Juan Perón. Born in poverty, she learned how to seduce and survive, and eventually became both a powerful leader and a hero to the poor and working classes.
